跨境传输提示：为生成文案与配图，你输入的内容会传输到位于中国内地的服务商处理。中国内地目前不在欧盟认定的「充分保护」名单内。若你身处欧洲经济区、英国或瑞士，请在使用生成功能前知悉这一点；我们正在落实标准合同条款等传输保障措施。你随时可以只使用不涉及 AI 生成的功能（记灵感、手帐）。

你可以要求查阅、更正、删除你的数据，可以要求限制或反对处理，也可以要求数据可携。多数权利在应用内即可自行行使：作品与灵感随时可删；「账号」页可一键导出全部数据，也可自助注销账号（注销会永久删除账号、全部作品与剩余额度，不可恢复）。其余请求发邮件至 min@tangmingai.com，我们在 30 天内答复。
若你认为我们处理不当，有权向你所在地的数据保护机构投诉；在新加坡为个人资料保护委员会（PDPC）。
本服务面向 16 岁及以上用户。注册时你需确认已满 16 岁。若我们得知收集了未满 16 岁者的数据，将尽快删除；监护人可发邮件至 min@tangmingai.com 要求删除。
本服务中的文案与配图由人工智能生成。生成结果可能不准确或不符合预期，请自行判断后使用。你对自己输入的内容负责，不得输入违法或侵犯他人权利的内容。
我们仅在浏览器本地保存登录令牌与设备标识，用于维持登录态与额度展示。不用于跨站追踪，不投放广告。
政策更新后会修改本页顶部的生效日期；涉及重大变更时会在应用内提示。

We do not collect your card number — payments happen entirely on Stripe's pages (governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy); we only receive a "paid" notification. We run no advertising, embed no ad SDK, and do no cross-site tracking.

International transfer notice: to generate captions and artwork, what you enter is transferred to providers located in mainland China, which the EU has not recognised as offering an adequate level of protection. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, please be aware of this before using the generation features; we are putting Standard Contractual Clauses and related safeguards in place. You can use the non-generative features (capturing ideas, the journal) at any time without this transfer.

You may access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and request portability. Most of this you can do yourself in the app: works and ideas can be deleted at any time; the Account page lets you export all your data in one click and close your account yourself (closing permanently deletes your account, all works and any remaining credits — this cannot be undone). For anything else, email min@tangmingai.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to your local data protection authority; in Singapore this is the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).
This service is for people aged 16 and over, and you confirm your age when you sign up. If we learn we have collected data from someone under 16, we will delete it promptly; a parent or guardian can email min@tangmingai.com to request deletion.
Captions and artwork in this service are generated by artificial intelligence. Results may be inaccurate or unexpected — please use your own judgement. You are responsible for what you enter, and must not enter unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.
We store only a sign-in token and a device identifier in your browser, to keep you signed in and show your credit balance. No cross-site tracking, no advertising.
When this policy changes we update the effective date at the top of this page, and we will notify you in the app if the change is significant.
