因系统故障导致扣了额度但未产出图片的，请联系我们，核实后补回相应额度或退款。
AI 生成具有随机性，「对生成效果不满意」不属于退款情形——每次生成产出多张候选，且可用编辑指令反复调整。

Free trial credits granted to new accounts involve no payment and are not eligible for refunds.
Credit packs are digital goods. A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase provided the pack is entirely unused; partially used packs are not refundable. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, and the purchased credits are deducted from the account.
If a system failure consumes credits without producing an image, contact us — after verification we will restore the credits or issue a refund.
AI output is inherently variable; dissatisfaction with results is not a refund case — each generation produces multiple candidates, and edit instructions allow repeated adjustment.
