1. The Service

MuseFlow (museflow.tangmingai.com), operated by TANGMING TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD., is an AI-powered bilingual ink-wash art creation service: you provide an idea, the system generates copy and illustrations, and you may select, edit and download the results.

2. Accounts

Creation features require sign-in via email verification code. You are responsible for safeguarding your email account; actions verified through your email are deemed your own.

3. Image Credits & Payment

Generating or editing an image consumes credits per image. New accounts receive free trial credits; further credits can be purchased in packs (priced in SGD, payments processed by Stripe). Credits are non-transferable and, except as stated in the Refund Policy, non-redeemable for cash.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

Your input remains yours. To the extent permitted by law, AI-generated results may be used for personal or commercial purposes; you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law. Do not input or generate unlawful, infringing or privacy-violating content; the operator may remove violating content and suspend related accounts.

5. Changes & Disclaimer

AI output is inherently variable and no particular result is guaranteed. The service is provided "as is" and may be suspended or adjusted due to maintenance or upstream model changes. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for losses caused by force majeure or third-party outages; aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Singapore.
